How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All standard orders will be shipped in four to five business days from the day you place your order.
Generally, all orders are received in 3-8 days after that.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our manufacturing unit in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.
How can I track my order?
We ship by these delivery services-

They send a message on your phone number with the tracking g details that can tracked on their website.

You can go to Delhivery’s website and track your order using your phone number.
I was not at home when the order arrived. What can be done?
In cases when the receiver is not present at the location, the package gets sent back to us. In case of re-shipping, charges will apply.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No
Can a garment be made as per my measurements?
All garments can be custom made to fit your body type. The fit of the garment entirely depends on the measurements provided by the customer. These custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
Can you make custom designs with the prints that are available with you?
We do not make custom designs, however we may be able to add some customisations to our current designs if possible. (length, sleeves and custom measurements)
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Sorry we don’t accept returns. Please be sure while placing your order.

Can I exchange a product if I have size issues?
We don’t exchange or return. We make everything on order and you’re free to give us your measurements and we can make it accordingly.
I received different product than I had ordered. What to do?
In case your receive a wrong product, please reach us on our Instagram or write to us at hello@itsinji.com within 24 hours.
We will arrange for a pick up and ship the right product.
Even though we check each product while shipping, it’s only human to make mistakes.
I received a damaged product. What to do?
In case your receive a damages product, please reach us on our Instagram or write to us at hello@itsinji.com within 24 hours.
Please share photos and videos.
We will then arrange for a pick up and ship a new product.
An item is missing from my order. What to do?
Please reach us on our Instagram or write to us at hello@itsinji.com within 24 hours. There’s a possibility that a part of your order was shipped on a different day or there was a mistake while packing from our side.
The color of the garment looks different from the photos…
All our items are hand-block printed, and might experience variations of color, design and slight irregularities. These peculiarities are the hallmark of handcrafted products and make each of them an exquisite one-of-its-kind piece.
They have been printed using natural dyes and might carry certain irregularities, which add to its unique charm.
