We at Inji, follow a very stringent quality check process and make sure to provide our customers with the highest quality products.
Every item is made on order, hence the products purchased on our website do not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Inji within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
Inji holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
We reserve the right to modify, revoke, or terminate any discount code at its sole discretion, without prior notice. This includes the right to amend this Policy at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically for updates and changes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match with the ordered size
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
• Any accessories like Jewellery, Bags are not applicable for exchange.
• If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 2 days of delivery with the following information: –
Order number – Delivery address – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
• Products purchased with a discount code are not exchangeable or returnable. If there's a genuine defect, it can only be exchanged.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
In case the product you had ordered was eligible for exchange but, it's not available with us, we will be giving you a refund for it.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All the products have been made with hand block printed fabrics and the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.
